Last night was our very first baby sign language class, a fun four-week session held at the Clive Library. The Bemis family tipped us off to the class -- it's a free way to start teaching the kiddos to communicate before they can talk. And whether or not we have a sign language genius on our hands, it's a nice thing for us to do as a family and a good way for Q to get some fellow bambino interaction.
There's a limit of 25 babies in the class and I feel like we had about that many tonight. I'm not sure what was more fun, learning the signs or watching all the little ones toddle around. Quinn was pretty calm for the first part, but then she got a little more excited at the end (and even got kisses from the Bemis boys!)
Here she is at home prepping for the class:
And here we are as a family at Baby Sign Language! (Notice the adorable outfit from Great Grandma Syrene seen in picture 1 didn't quite make it through dinner time.)
My favorite sign would be "more please" LOL. Quinn is so adorable. And congrats on her dedication :)
